Photos: Boeing 787 Dreamliner for NY Times
A few of my favorite photos of the impressive Boeing 787 Dreamliner. The shoot was one of the most interesting I’ve had. Its hard to fathom the scale of Boeings massive facility’s until you experience them in person.

Cheers to 2012!
Photo by: Julian Berman @ Roscoes Chicken & Waffles LA 2011 was a truly unforgettable year. I wanted to take a few minutes to reflect on it and remember some of the up’s and downs that made it what it was. Photography wise, I am really happy with where things are headed. I have continued working hard at shooting more editorial work based outside of Seattle (Popular Mechanics,...

Its rather fitting that it would start raining today before I leave LA back for Seattle. This photo of Shannon is a nice reminder of how great it was to escape Seattle during December for some much needed sun. Its been a really great week of shooting, exploring, catching up with friends, and eating a lot of good food. Also was really lucky to catch both the California Mid Century design...

Sub Pop Best of 2011
End of the year top 10 lists are always fun to read and make. Sub Pop was kind enough to ask me to be included on this years Friends list’s. Instead of making the 15th music related post praising the same Kurt Vile/Bon Iver records I decided on ranking my favorite Seattle Burgers of 2011. Enjoy!

Distilleries Feature for Seattle MET
Thanks to last years new law, WA state is allowed to have small craft distillery’s. This assignment involved shooting several of the new ones that have popped up around Seattle since then for Seattle MET. I had a blast learning how the booze is actually made and the subtle differences in the process/equipment that make each place their own. I discovered a fresh new “scene” or...
